Arthur L. Allen Tennis Center

Award winning Public Tennis Center in the heart of Olde Naples. The professionally staffed, full-service Tennis Center offers unsurpassed quality programming and facilities for the novice through advanced player, and junior through senior players.  The tennis center has 12 state of the art Hydro-Grid (sub-irrigated) lighted Har-Tru (clay-like surface) courts. Our two center courts have additional lighting to accommodate professional exhibition or tournament play. Chickee shade structures with cold-water fountains in between each court. The tennis shop offers refreshments and the latest in tennis technology. The Allen Tennis Center is a fully programmed facility with leagues, clinics, lessons and other social events available to all. Come out and enjoy yourself at the Arthur L. Allen Tennis Center!

Fees and Membership Schedule

Guest Fees for 1 ½ hours and payable before play, Adult-$12.72, Junior-$5.30

One Year Individual Memberships (Add 6% sales tax)

  • City Resident Adult - May reserve tennis courts 8 AM to 7:30 PM.  $350.00
  • City Resident Junior - 18 and under - $15.00
  • Non-Resident Adult- May reserve a court from 8 AM to 7:30 PM.  $465.00
  • Non-Resident Junior- 18 and under live outside city limits. $20.00
  • City Executive –The membership is for court use after 3 PM weekdays and after 12 PM on weekends. Any other time, a guest fee must be paid $199.00
  • Non - Resident Executive –Membership is for court use after 3 PM weekdays and after 12 PM on weekends. Any other time, a guest fee must be paid. $299.00

Reservation Policies

  • Members reserve a court 2 days in advance by calling 213-3050 at 7:30 AM.
  • All non members may make a court reservation the same day of play.
  • All players must sign in before play.
  • If guest fees are not paid, the member reserving the court is responsible for payment.

Tennis Instruction

Clinics:

  • Monday:  9—10:30AM
  • Wednesday 10:30-12:00Noon
  • Friday 9– 10:30AM
  • $20/members $25/non-members
  • Sign up in advance, space is limited.

Private Lessons:

  • Members - 1 hour $65,   ½ Hour  $38
  • Non-Members - 1 hour $70, ½ Hour $43

Junior Program

  • Pee-Wee’s  3:15 - 4:00PM  Monday-Thursday  Ages 4-6  
    We will be focusing on stroke mechanics, hand-eye coordination, footwork, and ball trajectory.  Major emphasis will be on developing a “good attitude” while learning.
  • Futures 3:15-4:15PM   Monday-Thursday     Ages 6-8
    This group is designed for younger players graduating from Pee-Wees and players who are new to the game.  Emphasis will be on stroke production, scoring, and learning to rally in preparation for the next level.
  • Tournament  4:00-5:30PM  Monday-Thursday   Ages 7-16
    This group will stress higher intensity movement and balance skills along with the instruction of modern stroke mechanics.  Increasing emphasis will be placed on controlling shots with different spins and placement.  Singles and doubles, skills and strategies, will be honed through recognition drills and competitive play.
