Concession Stand

The Lowdermilk Park Concession Stand is located in the middle of the park and is managed by Russell’s Clambakes and Catering.  Service includes: Hamburger, Hot dogs, Sausage, Sandwiches, Salads, Coffee, Ssodas, etc. Beach Wheel Chairs are also available to check out at the concession stand. Lowdermilk Concession Stand Operating Hours are 9am - 5 pm; Monday – Sunday (Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day)

City of Naples - Lowdermilk Park

Lowdermilk Park is one of Naples' premier beachfront parks, with metered and unmetered parking, concession stand, sand volleyball courts, restrooms, showers and a gazebo.

Gazebo Rentals

There are two gazebo’s located at Lowdermilk Park for rent. One is located at the north end of the park and the other is located at the south end of the park. Both gazebos are the same size but there is more land available around the south gazebo for larger rentals. The north gazebo is next to the sand volleyball courts and the children’s playground.

Both gazebo’s are rented through Russell’s Clambakes and Catering, the Lowdermilk Concessionaire. To reserve a gazebo contact Russell and his staff at 239-417-0777, or visit the concession stand at Lowdermilk Park during regular business hours.

Gazebo Rental Fees

Non-profit organizations, civic and government:

  • Collier County Residents   =  $20.00 per hour
  • Non-Collier County Residents = $80.00 hour
  • Park Rental for a large event = $800.00 day

Private and commercial:

  • Collier County Residents   =  $30.00 per hour
  • Non-Collier County Residents = $160.00 hour
  • Park Rental for a large event = $1200.00 day


Damage Deposit = $50.00. Refundable within 30 days after the event if there is no damage to City property, no clean up/refuse removal or none of the below rules are violated.


Gazebo/Park Rental Rules and Regulations

  1. A reserved sign will be provided for posting at site; Posting of any other signs is prohibited.
  2. Alcohol/Glass/Gambling/Vehicles on turf areas is prohibited on all city property.
  3. The beach is a public access area and you cannot block or impede public access in any way.
  4. Use of nails, staples, etc., on trees and roping off the area is prohibited.
  5. Parking is prohibited in areas other than designated parking spaces.
  6. Guest parking and guest behavior is the responsibility of the event organizer.
  7. Areas used must be cleaned and trash deposited in dumpsters or risk loss of security deposit/additional charges.
  8. Any damage/loss must be replaced and/or repaired or will result in extra charges.
  9. This application is for the date(s) & time(s) listed above and cannot be transferred or changed without park approval.
  10. Picnic Tables must not be removed.
  11. Open Fires, including Tiki Torches and grills are prohibited.
  12. Amplified music, tents, cooking on premises, petting zoo, large attendance, etc., requires a Special Event Permit through the Community Services Department at (239) 213-7120.
