The goal of the City is to select a qualified consultant that has extensive experience in the solid waste field, environmental requirements, and emerging technologies; knowledge of all components of local government; a background in solid waste financial auditing; experience in solid waste procurement and contract management; as well as knowledge of solid waste cost and rate studies.
