The mission of the Code Compliance Division is to enhance and sustain the quality of life of our citizens.
 
Objective
The purpose of the Code Compliance Division is to promote, protect, and improve the safety, health, and welfare of our citizens. This is accomplished by providing equitable, expeditious and effective enforcement of city codes. Compliance is our main goal.

Please be advised, our main goal is compliance and some cases may take longer than 24-48 hours to solve. 
Per CS/SB60 effective July 1, 2021, a person who reports a code violation must provide his or her name and address to the respective local government before an investigation may occur.  Thank you.
