12-030 Naples Preserve Roof Replacement - ITB

The City of Naples is seeking bid proposals to replace the roof at the Naples Preserve building located at 1690 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, Florida 34102. The goal of this project is to replace the roof without changing the architectural character of the building. To that end, MHK Architecture & Planning was contracted to design the specifications. MHK has provided two specifications. The first specification is to replace the roof as designed today. The second specification is to provide a new membrane coating over the existing roof. It is the City’s preference to replace the roof. However, financial constraints are a factor. Interested parties may bid on one or both of the options.
