Employee Assistance Program
The City of Naples currently offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to its employees and their dependents. The program offers short term counseling for employees and family members experiencing personal problems of any kind at no charge. If long term counseling is required, the individual is referred to a network provider through the City’s health benefit plan.
There are 445 budgeted full time positions. The annualized utilization rate in this program during the preceding year was 22.9% (8.8% member usage and 14.1% organizational usage).
