OVERVIEW: The City of Naples is located in southwest Florida along the Gulf Coast. The City provides basic services including but not limited to police, fire, solid waste, and water / waste water utilities. In an effort to improve responsiveness, communication and efficiency, the City is seeking bids to purchase in vehicle communication devices supporting the City's automatic vehicle location (AVL) initiative. These devices will integrate with the ESRI ArcGIS Tracking Server. The AVL Initiative will allow the City to track where vehicles are located at any given time.
