13-008 Utilities Repair and Maintenance - RFP

SCOPE
It is imperative that the City of Naples be prepared for all necessary repair and maintenance services associated with underground utilities and surface drainage in order to maintain an adequate and expected level of service for the residents of the City of Naples. The City of Naples seeks to establish contractual arrangements with at least three (3) and up to seven (7) qualified Contractor(s), on an as needed basis, for a three-year period, with the City’s option to renew for two additional one-year periods, to provide underground utilities repair and maintenance services for the City of Naples’ Water Distribution, Reclaim Water, Sanitary Storm and Sewer systems, and above ground utility maintenance in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements and consistent with current City of Naples Standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, American Water Works Association (AWWA), the Florida Administrative (F.A.C.) Code and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Construction Standards.
