SCOPE
It is imperative that the City of Naples be prepared for all necessary repair and maintenance services associated with brick paver applications in order to maintain an adequate and expected level of service for the residents of the City of Naples. The City of Naples seeks to establish proposals and compensations schedule for work order based brick paver repairs with at least two (2) and up to seven (7) qualified Contractor(s), on an as needed basis, for up to a three-year period, with the City’s option to renew for two additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. The work is to provide brick paver repair, restoration and maintenance services for various City of Naples’ divisions/departments including; Water Distribution, Reclaim Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Community Redevelopment Agency and Community Services. All work shall be in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements and consistent with current City of Naples Standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, the Florida Administrative (F.A.C.) Code and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Construction Standards.
