SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Intent
To intent of this Request for Proposal is to contract with a vendor to provide wheelchair accessible playground equipment and installation for a small park within the city of Naples. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, machinery, supervision, facilities and other services to provide the play structure equipment, assembly and installation services required herein. NOTE: this project is funded through the US. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and all aspect of the project must conform to US HUD standards and requirements include Section 3 Certification and Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations
