SCOPE OF WORK: The following list of items is being provided in an effort to obtain written quotes. Please show pricing consistent with UOM; i.e. each, roll, case, feet, etc. Orders will be placed based upon the lowest price for each item or the entire lot (or whichever is in the best interest of the City). Though the quantities stated below are current intentions for purchase, please be aware that actual order quantities may be revised to reflect the needs of the City at the time the order is placed. Additional charges such as freight and handling must be factored into the “EA” price of each item. Changes in pricing after an order has been placed may result in cancellation of part or all of a purchase order, at the discretion of the City.
