Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City of Naples desires to solicit proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide on-street parking payment equipment and a parking management and data integration system. The RFP seeks a vendor to replace existing on-street single-space parking meters with pay station devises. The program will replace existing pay stations and to install pay stations at the remaining beach ends, or as many as practical. The City’s goal is to award a contract and begin immediately with installation.
