The intent of these specifications is to outline the annual requirements for the removal and disposal of sand and grit from the treatment basins located at the City of Naples Wastewater Plant located at 1400 3rd Avenue North, Naples, Florida 34102.
Staff’s intent is to clean and remove material within one treatment train per year until all basins are cleaned. The first year is intended to address treatment train #1 within the City of Naples Wastewater Plant located at 1400 3rd Avenue North, Naples, Florida 34102.
