Under this solicitation, the City is looking for firms to show expertise and qualifications in Park Master Planning to provide a critical review of the City’s Baker Park project. While this solicitation is structured to meet CCNA requirements, the City welcomes other planning professionals to submit proposals under this release. The request for services is presented for consideration and development of your firm’s submittal. Some elements identified below may be eliminated or modified for this particular project. Final elements will be determined during negotiations for scope and fee with the selected firm.
