The Contractor shall demolish the buildings and restore the site within a 4-week period. It is anticipated that the Contractor will be provided with a Notice-to-Proceed for permitting on May 19, 2017 and a Notice-to-Proceed for demolition activity to start after August 7, 2017. During the period between June 21 and August 7, the City will conclude the required environmental mitigation, complete the relocation of equipment to be reused by City, and conduct on-site training.
