The Fire Station # 2 HVAC Improvement Project, located at 977 26th Ave North, is comprised of HVAC system improvement and electrical system upgrade. Fire Station
#2 must be kept in operation 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. To accomplish this, the work must proceed in three phases.
• Phase 1 covers the Day room/kitchen/ Radio room areas.
• Phase 2 covers the bunk room areas.
• Phase 3 covers the wellness area.
