21-026 41-10 Mixed Use Area Master Plan - RFP

PURPOSE

The City of Naples Community Redevelopment Agency’s (CRA) objective is to create a plan for the US41 and 10th street (41-10) area of the CRA (see attached for a map and boundary description).  This area, which has already begun to transform from an industrial zone to area of new mixed-use developments, design related businesses, and eating establishments, needs a detailed plan intended to guide redevelopment and revitalization of the area and provide specific directions, tools, and best management practices essential to implement improvements. This must be achieved by identifying priorities, timelines, strategies, projects and tactics which conform to the existing Naples Community Redevelopment Plan (most recently updated in 2014).
