PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work includes interior and exterior alterations to the existing Community Services Department Building located at 280 Riverside Circle, Naples, Florida, limited to the scope indicated below:
- Building Hardening: Replace existing windows and doors with assemblies tested and approved for wind-borne debris impact and compliance with current codes. Work includes repairs to existing finishes damaged by installation. Work includes hardening of existing structure per plan.
- Accessibility: Alterations necessary to provide accessible building entrance, restroom(s), and accessible route to restroom(s). Work includes reconfiguring existing restrooms for accessibility and compliance with ADA and FBC.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Demolition Phase: (See plans from MHK architecture and planning dated 6/30/21)
2. Construction Phase: (See plans from MHK architecture and planning dated 6/30/21)
3. Structural Phase: (See plans from Cronin Engineering dated 7/28/20)
4. Reinforcement of masonry block upon inspection. (See foundation plan)
5. All work to be completed within 120 days from NTP
