PROJECT SCOPE/DESCRIPTION
The following Request for Proposals (RFP) has been developed to solicit proposals from vendors qualified and experienced in Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) to install two (2) offshore discharge lines (30” nominal FPVC) approximately 1,100 ft each into the Gulf of Mexico.
The Contractor awarded the work shall self-perform at least 50% of the work not including the purchase of materials.
