22-006 Taxable Special Obligation Revenue Note, Series 2021 (Taxable Bank Loan) - RFP

The City is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide a taxable fixed rate bank loan (the “Loan” or the “Note”), at the lowest overall borrowing cost and most favorable financial and legal terms, pursuant to certain conditions.  The proceeds of the Loan will be used, along with other available money of the City, if any, for the primary purpose of funding a portion of the currently estimated unfunded liability of the City’s pension plans sponsored and administered by the City and paying other costs necessary or incidental thereto.
