As the public records custodian for the City of Naples, the City Clerk manages all public records requests as provided for in State Statute and pursuant to the City's Public Records Policy. Such a request is not required to be in writing, nor is the requestor required to provide their name or an explanation as to why the request is being made.

Public records requests may be submitted to the City Clerk's Office in the following ways:

Online: Public Records Request Portal (Please note there are three (4) different forms for new requests - Administration, Building, Fire, and Police)

By telephone: (239) 213-1015

By mail: Office of the City Clerk, 735 8th Street South, Naples, Florida 34102

In person: City Hall (1st Floor)

You may submit a new Public Records Request or track an existing request here

 

Please Note: Under Section. 668.6076, Florida Statutes:  e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone, in writing, or in person.
