Single family homes in the City of Naples must comply with the following:
- Rental terms must be 30 days or longer; except that 3 times per calendar year, a property may be rented for less than 30 days.
- A property may not be advertised as available for less than 30-day rentals.
No watercraft, including but not limited to personal watercraft, off-road vehicle, swamp buggy, race car or all-terrain vehicle, not intended for, or licensed for, use on public streets, or trailer of any kind, shall be placed or kept for longer than 48 hours continuously in front or side yards.

Yes. As residents of the City of Naples, it is the responsiblity of every property owner to keep the streets and alleyways free of vegetation and overgrowth.
No work may be conducted on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
In residential areas:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In nonresidential areas:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday hours of operation:
Businesses that perform lawn and landscape maintenance, tree trimming, or tree removal services may perform services in residential and nonresidential areas from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Residents may perform lawn and landscape maintenance activities in residential areas at their own property from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday hours of operation:
Businesses that perform lawn and landscape maintenance, tree trimming or tree removal services are prohibited from working on Sunday in residential or nonresidential areas.
Residents may perform lawn and landscape maintenance activities in residential at their own property on Sunday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
