The City is seeking proposals to accurately alert the public when the garage is full or reaching capacity at the four entrances. The proposals should include solutions that recognize the ingress /egress constraints, aesthetics, the existing traffic counting system, and price. The City recognizes the solution may be as simple as installing control arms, but there may be cost effective alternatives. In any case, the response should explain how and why the solution will work as well as where it is presently working.
