14-004 Qualification for East Naples Bay Dredging - Rock Removal Phase II - RFQ

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The City of Naples (OWNER) is requesting Request of Qualifications (RFQs) from interested Contractors that have experience in mechanical dredging/rock removal from a floating barge. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of qualified, prospective Contractors prior to the separate solicitation of Invitation to Bids (ITB) for this project.

Entities deemed qualified will be provided an ITB subsequent to this initial RFQ pre-qualification. Only bids from the pre-qualified prospective Contractors will be considered for this project. The scope of services to be included in the RFQ will provide for all project planning and construction services to fulfill the requirements of the final construction documents.
