19-058 Community Services - City Hall Bathroom Tile Replacement FWQ

This quote is to seek a vendor to provide the attached list of products and/or all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to perform the work described in Scope of Services. 
City Hall Restrooms renovation Project Narrative.City Hall is located at 735 8th St. S and this project will include the removal of all the floor and wall tiles in 4 restrooms, 2 mens and 2 womens. All tile on the walls is to be removed and replaced with ½” Duroc and the seams are to be taped and  waterproofed. All floor tile to be removed, and the existing floors floated to allow proper drainage to the floor drains. Bull nose tile is to be used at corners and cove base tiles are to be used at the floor to wall transition. All materials are to be installed per manufacturer recommendations. Colors are specified on the bid form.
