The resulting contract will commence on award and be in effect until completion of the project. Work will begin upon the City of Naples issuing the contractor a Notice to Proceed or purchase order. Purchase and delivery of items must be within forty-five (45) calendar days of the issuing of the Notice to Proceed or purchase order.
Final project invoice will be processed, upon completion of the City’s final inspection and the vendor’s sub CITY OF NAPLES RELEASE AND AFFIDAVIT FORM.
