The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the City of Naples to obtain prices from
qualified contractors to furnish all supervision, management and labor personnel,
equipment, and materials as necessary to provide complete exotic and invasive plant
management services at various City sites while ensuring the site’s ecological integrity is
protected. The project involves exotic vegetation maintenance, at various intervals based
on site needs, for any new growth or re-growth to be cut flush to grade and treated.
