18-055 Tennis Courts Upgrade Seagate Park - ITB
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seagate Park Tennis Courts are located on West Street, Naples, adjacent to the Sea
Gate Elementary School ball fields. The City is requesting proposals for the upgrade of
the two courts. The base bid is the complete removal (approximately 13,000 SF) of the
existing tennis courts and a total reconstruction including new asphalt (1.5” ), new
fencing, and new nets/ windscreens. The Alternate bid is for the resurfacing of the
tennis courts including milling the entire court, patching all visible cracks, install a new
asphalt lift (1”), new fencing, and new nets and/Windscreens.
